- Please bring your identification documents to any Zhenyu Hardware physical store in Taiwan to apply. Each person is limited to one application. There is no expiration date, and refunds will not be accepted after application.
- Apply for a digital card
- Online application: Zhenyu Hardware official website → Member area → Member registration. After registering on the Zhenyu Hardware official website, you will become a general member with no expiration date.
- Upgrade upon reaching a certain spending threshold: Regular members who accumulate spending of NT$3,000 or more and complete their basic information in the basic details management section will be permanently upgraded to a 5% discount member. (Note: Upgrades take effect the day after the member completes their basic information.)
How do I get a replacement membership card if I lose it?

- Method 1: Go to Zhenyu Hardware’s official website → Physical Card First Login, and convert the physical card to a digital card. There is no charge for converting to a digital card.
- Method 2: Bring your identification documents to any Zhenyu Hardware store to complete the card replacement procedure, and a processing fee of NT$50 will be charged; the applicant shall be responsible for any loss or liability related to the bonus points before the card replacement; the card replacement process will transfer the bonus points in the original card to the new card, and the original card will no longer be usable.
